Just a prime choice for a brief hiatus in Cusco with very good value for money. The massive, comfortable bed in the king suite was a nice surprise after a long trek. Make sure to ask about bag storage if you plan on hiking.

The location was tranquil, a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the center, allowing for restful sleep despite the altitude. The warmth of the staff was exceptional, providing breakfast at dawn before my early tours and ensuring I had fresh tea available at all times. However, a lack of sound insulation made for noisy nights with echoes from other rooms, compounded by occasional barking outside. The rooms were cozy, but the coldness during winter was noticeable, needing better heating solutions.
